RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because each BootsXBoujee product is made specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at bootsxboujee@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return an approved damaged or defective item unless we provide specific instructions.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order or change its shipping information. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Changing or canceling an order in your customer account does not necessarily stop production. Please contact us directly at bootsxboujee@gmail.com.

WRONG SIZE, COLOR, OR ADDRESS

We cannot provide a free replacement or refund when the customer selects the wrong size or color or supplies an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Additional production or shipping charges may apply if a replacement is requested.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears lost, contact us at bootsxboujee@gmail.com so we can investigate. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer address may require additional shipping or replacement charges.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional processing time.
