SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All BootsXBoujee products are made to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Production times may vary during holidays, periods of high demand, or because of product availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After production, standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 2–5 business days. International standard shipping may take approximately 10–30 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders containing different products or items produced by different fulfillment providers may arrive in separate packages and may have separate shipping charges.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order ships. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order enters production or ships, changes may not be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Delivery may be delayed by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If an order has not arrived within 30 days after its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Before contacting us, please confirm that the shipping address is correct and check with the local carrier or post office.
